It is owned by Novi Digital Entertainment, a subsidiary of Star India, which itself is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Walt Disney Company India. It provides streaming media and video-on-demand services. It is available on web, Android, iOS, FireTV, and Apple TV platforms and supports casting to Chromecast. As of April 2019, the service have 300 million users
